Welcome to Naad. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Naad mobile application ("App") operated by Naad ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

5. Audio Recording and Processing

The App uses audio recording to analyze and count your chanting. By using this feature, you:

  • Grant permission for the App to access your device's microphone
  • Acknowledge that audio processing primarily occurs on your device
  • Understand that we do not manually review or listen to your recordings

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Naad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the App will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
